Bio
I grew up playing Hendrix and then found Chick Corea's Return to Forever group in 1973. Then came Miles, John McLaughlin and an education at the University of Miami, Fl. both undergradute and an MBA in the Music Industry. I have played with some notables including Rob Chiarelli-engineer/mix artist (Madonna, Will Smith MIB's, Ray Charles and many more) and Dag Kohlsrud of Norway's AHA, Graham Hawthorne-Blood Sweat & Tears and David Horvath a respected Christian pianist and formerly of the Lettermen in the 70's. Mark Johnson of the South Florida, Selah Christian group played on Talking Toys. These guys were truly creative and professional when they were young. I also had the pleasure of doing a session with a great saxophonist, Paul Anderson who later went on to play with major big bands. Guitarists Noah Herschman and Mike Locke played on “The Ancient” of which I have a new version on the 2nd CD coming. Noah has played on many hit records in New York. There were others who went on to becoming well known who helped me record my music in 1981 and 1982 at UM.

Rock DJ Mike Dineen (NY,NY to Southern stations) in 1991 said that, "Mike sounds like a wired Eric Johnson."

In 2002 John and I had a #1 hit on MP3.com. It was for the instrumental rock tune, But For Grace-now named A Ship Into Eternity. We had many in the top 100.

That was before Har-Bal mastering EQ software changed things forever in my product in 2004. You can buy har-Bal and save lots of money on production costs or even make money mastering. The Har-Bal community helps each other out so you can get a real professional sound. Check it out, just click here. SECURE CALL

John is the groove monster and I expect great things from him. He reminds me of a percussionist I worked with from Sarasota, FL., Ed Mongillo. Rob, Ed Laz Hernandez the vocalist from Miami and Myself were in a group called Inferno at UM. We smoked! Both are super creative drummers. John, like myself, has been out of the music scene for many years. John has been studying for the last two years with Tom Knight in Atlanta. Tom is rated one the top percussionists in the world and played with Paul Schaffer on the Grammys this past year. He also is a regular session percussionist in LA. s

If you think you want to join the band and live in Atlanta or either Miami, e-mail me:

We primarily play jazz fusion, but also pop/rock with Sting/Journey & art rock influences.

The new band name, taken from a previous name used for an arts festival in 1982, is "Twelfth Realm." It is more in keeping with the feel of the music. Mystic at times.
